Thats a gorgeous model, really inspiring stuff here. I hope to get to that point someday! One thing you omitted (maybe on purpose XD) are those kind of tentacles that form a kind of beard (in males). The males have them really big, thought females have just little, thin strips as well coming out from their neck or something like that. Heres a pic to illustrate what i mean.

Im quite curious to know how you did her eyelashes. Are they individual mesh objects?

I also love the jewelry designs, they are very nice and quite complex. The material looks fantastic on the tiara. Is all that detail modeled? or did you used some kind of bump or displacement map?
