what an awesome thread!!! So cool to actually see everyone here!!! Hey alex…i got to meet you to at siggraph, dont forget that!!! Well here is a pic from 2 days ago (actually a vid still) of my roomate attempting to shoot me with his laser blaster!! I was scared!

Oh and for all of you with broadband connections here is something a lil different…instead of just a pic, here is also a movie!!! A lil short i did a few months ago…it stars me…and me!

lildragon, the photos not a fake. I ripped it out of a Flash photo album I created of all of my Olympic pictures using a screen capture with PSpro (its the only graphics util I have at work) and then since the thing looked so fuzzy I just did a quick enhance and threw it in here after a massive jpeg compression. And all of that was after alot of cleanup I had to do after scanning the pictures in with a old piece of trash scanner, mine was broke , so had to use my parents, But no comp work was done on any of them, well except for a couple downtown where I removed a few powerlines from Olympic Square. Granted it looks like crap but its real. As for being at the Olympics, Yep third one actually. First was the LA Olympics, my grandmother lived in Riverside. Second, Calgary, which was supposed to be a Winter Olympics but somebody forgot the snow. The third Salt Lake. Was there a fantastic 9 days, easy when my sister lives near Layton less then an hour to the north and I had lived there for 6 years and actually did some volunteer work in the early stages. The fact is I have rather strong ties to Olympics and athelets in several different winter and summer sports but thats a different story for a different day. Needless to say I could talk about this al day, its the only thing that fixates me more then CG.

The crowded street was the main street in Park City just in front of the Chevy HotBox. Todd had just gotten through doing an interview and signing autographs under the stage and I was up trying to get some Hot Chocolate from these guys running around with these huge containers on there backs. Not that its was really cold, but it was free. Anyways Todd was trying to get to another interview he had back in downtown SLC he came by to give me 2 signed photos for my daughters we took the pic, he left, I got my Hot Chocolate and then stayed for the presentation of that days 10 Greatest Winter Olympian. Simple as that. But if you guys think this photos hard to believe you should here the story how I know all of these people.
