Though… I should mention that the Aeron comes with a 12-year total warranty parts and labor, so they fixed it pronto… so, like the best warranty you can find just about anywhere… but still… Parts take weeks to arrive though…

really? i’ve never had problems with them, nor heard of any, right now i have a brand new one, but when i was doing tech support at EA, the ones we coudl scrounge from the upper floors(tech support wasn’t good enough for ea to give us any money:rolleyes: ) those were several years old, and held up extremely well, guess you’v ejus thad some bad luck:hmm:

er… i did some reading back, what i had missed before.
i kinda feel bad now for placing the picture where i had(kinda inappropriate). Tomorrow at work i’ll upload one of the picture w/o the middle finger.
