Here’s my “work,” aka “be lazy” area.

And here is another room in my house where I’m messing around with some older computers.

It’s from your friendly neighborhood Ikea…it used to be called “EFFEKTIV” but I think they renamed the whole line to “GALANT” now…I like em because they’re modular and can add parts on later or reconfigure them altogether depending on what bits you get…that and the config with the ‘T’ legs and cross beams is all steel and built like a tank.
here is my workspace. And no I don’t try to hide any pr0n materials, it’s just not in view at the time:)

For someone who only does this at leasure … I’m pretty happy with my space at the moment.
Maybe a little less clutter would be nice, but this works.

I recently rearranged things…
Below my desk on the left (in the black server chassis) is my dual Xeon workstation, while the machine on the right is my Pentium 4, which is what I use for my internet and gaming

It seems pretty cluttered in the pic, but it’s actually not bothersome at all for me
Leigh I got question. How you switch between those two machines? I don’t see any other keyboard and mouse. You’re using remote desktop?
Look between my two monitors - that small white box next to my mobile phone is a little electronic data switch. My keyboard and mouse are connected into that box, which then outputs to each of my machines. A flick of the button on it switches between the two machines
I bought a new chair and the iMac’s gone. The rest is still the same.
I shot this photo sitting on my girl’s desk. Too bad I don’t have space for my 1930’s sketching table. We need a bigger house, specially a larger studio room.

Ah, this is better, a little stitching and voila.

sweet! I have to buy this thing for my two pc’s cause now I’m runing from one corner of room to another
Here my cramped workspace for the moment. I will do some rearranging soon. Waiting for another desk.
pea~
not my actual workspace, since my camera is in france at the moment. but my home network and how everything’s connected. more to come

note: the names are actual hostnames, not invented, since i got a dns server running on my router. my new workstation is missing, havent found time yet to insert it. sorry
Here is where I be getting my work on at. Home computer where I do all my freelance and other projects.

I feel kinda shy showing my most secret of places
Oh well, at least I got rid of all the centerfolds on the wall
No fancy puppets or movie stuff though, they take up to much space.
This is my workspace. This is the guest bedroom. About once or twice a year I have to clean up and say goodbye to my computer for a few days.
I knew you were dutch because of 1 thing:
The roll of el-cheapo delicious euroshopper biscuits
You sure you aren’t plugging Albert Heyn?
