Basically is a mix from previous DWars the Norms from DWIII and the Machines from DWII rigth? the new ones are the deamons that I don´t think they are really that new cause they would fit perfectly on DWIII,
Anyway I have a question, the Elements for the Norms, can we mix them up this year? last year we couldn´t cause it was in the rules but now all I read is that you cannot mix races or classes

Two quick questions (sorry if I missed a question and now ask it again, kinda sick and fuzzy in the head):

1. DemonLord has no human characteristics at all, what does this entail?
   Does this mean we aren’t supposed to use any stand-up-humanoid figure, instead do blob-like/animalistic forms and volumes?

2. Can the MOD, or someone with the rights take the time and summarize the most common questions here, and collect the most accurate answers, and then edit them all into the 1 page of this thread?

Nop, you can do that, "No Teams, groups or collaborations. Everything must be made by 1 single person. " (from dominance IV rules : http://www.gameartisans.org/contests/dw/4/rules/en.php ) Hope that be useful

I want to make a norm character with amputated arm which is replaced by ghostly force-like arm. But I am not sure if it fits into Invoker class?

That’s actually right up the alley of a invoker if u ask me… Lost a limb and relies on his/her knowledge and control of the elements to complete his body. An elemental extension of himself, which would at 1st glance show which element he favors… If I haven’t decided on mine yet, I would have said:
‘Hey look, a dead fish points to the sky’ and then Joink!

The rules have been changed to:

• Demon Lords are larger than 20x20x20 feet and do not possess many human characteristics.

As long as your demon lord doesn’t look like a larger version of a man or woman, you are good to go. The image on the left of the demons is a good example of where to start.

titles aren’t important. just a way to keep things clean and organized. besides, you will be uploading your art to the DWIV site when you are done. but it is important to keep the thread up-to-date with WIP pictures so we can see the progress of your work.

This is a tuff one for the ideas is endless and I don’t know if you all have the same problem because this is a one shot one idea character and we cant go back and start from scratch and time is not on our side for those who have a full time job. But we will triumph I no that.
