Dominance War III is right around the corner and this time the epic battle is set to be absolutely the largest war in the series! However, we need your help!

Wow this sounds friggin awesome! I and a few pals at school are interested in competing! Are there any rules or anything on who can compete? Is it a open forum competition, is there a top 8 from each forum, etc?! I’m having a bit of trouble finding out competition rules out there! Any help would be appreciated!
