I joined the fight a little late but I hope I could still catch up. Go CG Society work hard and victory shall be ours!:buttrock:
Here is my humble entry for this little competition. Her name is Harmony and she means to bring the Universe back into balance.

In the last concept I was trying to bring out the idea of a super advanced ancient civilization by having the bits of armor suspended over her body and made of a form of solid light. It would look something like first light blade design. The suit can absorb light making the wearer appear pitch black even in full sunlight and it also has the ability to bend light around it create a sort of invisibility effect.

It would be awsome if her weapon was the size it is in that second drawing but you’d probably need more than 1000 triangles to pull it off good and proper

Yeah, that would be pretty fun. I drew that more or less to denonstrate her strength.
I’m thinking of changing her outfit a bit to fit in more with the [font=Verdana]Ancient theme. What do you guys think of it so far?

I drew new concept sketch of my shadow. I was just throwing a few ideas together and I kinda liked how this one turned out. I also did little weapon concept but it is still very much a work in progress.

Any comments will be much appreciated

Yay weapon concepts.

The blade is made of compressed/crystalized light that can switch between a passive or solid-light-state (you can even touch with your bear hands) and a volatile or plasma-light-state. I designed the weapon to have multiple functions and to also combine with other addons to form a more powerful weapon.
Tell me what you think.

Well I got started on the low-poly head model and I finished the weapon. The head still needs a bit of work. Am I doing the topology right? I’m still kinda new to modeling detailed low poly models.:smiley:

I’m still throwing around concept ideas.

I like your concepts, maybe a little too “manga-ish” but I guess it’s your personal taste :wink: Your weapon looks cool so far, but maybe the head could do with a little cleaning up topology wise. Some good head topology ref here

Looks cool, I like the conncept of the armor, and sword held together by energy. Are you gonna add strips of the plasma energy in the armor? The shapes conform to the body nicely… And its cool, your character and mine share the same objective.:thumbsup:
