thanks for the reply nikudy, I finally changed the armour so its going to look a bit diferent 
I wanted to give it that “unproportion” to give it a more mutant look

Update with the weapon, , i’m not 100% sure about the desing but i didnt have a better idea than use the shape of the arm to fit a knife-gun.
I also changed the shape of the arms and I modified the armour, the older one had so too many polys

All the texture work its done! Just need the rigging and lighting to finish it 
I’ll post the maps tomorrow.

Looks groovy man. Depending on your rendering and lighting setup, you may be able to really sell the armor with a good spec map

I like your skin texturing, especially on the feet. Good work on getting the armor down to low enough polys, normal maps look good on that.
