I find about 50% of the time, search just doesn’t work. It sort of times out with no explanation.
Is there a reason for this do the web team take it down at certain times? I really need to search for something but can’t it’s really frustrating.

No, but there have been times where the Search feature has been less than optimal. I think it’s one feature that is in the process of being corrected. In the meantime, there is that link available on the search page …

I wonder if it’s not so much CGTalk, but rather google chrome struggling with php forum search stuff. It’s still a bit beta’ish.
