Do I need a degree

Hi I want to become a 3d artist and maybe an art director one day do I need a degree and if not what best nondegree school or maybe online school are out there thanks for responding

Basically what you gather is that there are a lot of people working without a degree, so it’s definitely possible, because in the end, your portfolio is the most important thing.

Studying a degree helps a lot with networking and working overseas. If the CG course is good, go for it, if not, go with something raw instead, such as design, or drawing.

In the end it’s you who has to decide, there are pros and cons for each situation, but in my opinion, you never know how the rules can change, and going to university is an amazing experience!
