Hello, i am realy new at 3d soft and stuf. Here i was modeling a car. I desided to hide some polys for easy modeling. And when i did unhide, i saw that there left no polys, only vertexies.

Does someone know how it might happen? To avoid in the future.
And what is the solution to get my polys back?
Probably because you were on vetex mode…try to unhide in polygon mode 
On the viewport press: Ctrl + Right Click > Unhide All
This is because you have the possibility to hide some sub object part in max (You can hide certain vertices or faces)
