Digital Water Color Eraser going to WHITE?

I am using corel X and the brushes I am using are the Digital Water color brushes and I am having a big problem. When I erase it goes to white and not transparent. Can someone help me with this? I would really like to erase the watercolors and make it clear again because I went outside the lines I was following. If anyone can help please do.

I have the same problem. The eraser breaks down using the watercolors and starts taking everything out in pixelated white. I have not found a fix, and so have avoided using watercolors altogether.

Hi,
Try using one of the wet erasers in the watercolour palette of brushes, you should be able to erase using one of those instead of the eraser tool.
