If you consider Digital De-aging ??

( IIRC Technically Arnold Schwarzenegger in Salvation & Genesis
was a De-aged Digital head replacement on a young live action bodybuilder)

Then Jeff bridges in Tron legacy
Kurt Russel in Guardians of the Galaxy 2
Robert Downey Jr in Captain America Civil war
Anthony Hopkins in “Westworld”

Kurt Russel, Robert Downey Jr and Anthony Hopkins do not enter in the list I’m trying to compile as those were not CG characters (or at least CG heads) but incredibly well done photo retouch performed on the real actor.

According to the MPC promo video Sean young( Racheal) in Blade Runner 2049 was a digital head replacement

Also check out the netflix series “Love ,Death and Robots”.
there were several ,perhaps not “A list”, actors that voiced full CG versions of themselves in a few of those high quality shorts

Let’s also not forget Hugh Jackman in “Logan”.

Also, Robert Downey Jr. DID have a digital double in “Iron Man 3” after he injured his leg and couldn’t shoot.

Of course, we also have Brad Pitt for “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” where he provided capture, but the head was totally CG.
