Hi Jason!
Your modeling and texturing look awesome!
The thing that stood out to me in a negative way is the animation (ie the flag wave, the rope swinging and most importantly the kid walking in). It doesn’t look as polished as the rest of your work and so it really jumps out at you. So maybe you should consider completely taking it out and then people will concentrate on admiring your beautiful work rather than trying to figure out what looks odd.
