it looks like you just grabbed mocap data, pasted it on a rig and called it done. that’s not how mocap animation works. i’d also get rid of the shaky cam, it doesn’t help.

thx for comment, but explain to me please, how you know that looks like raw data if you don’t see original take? I guarantee you that this mocap is not only retargeting(I use some of free mocap data and in original looks terrible. It was big challenge for me). However with camera you probably right and can be better. Stay positive.

Its not polished. You didn’t bother animating the fingers or hands, the movement is jittery and poppy.
