David Rogers' A:M 2002 book?

Does anyone here have David Rogers’ A:M 2002 book? Is it any good? Is there alot of info that is no longer applicable to A:M 2003? Thanks

I have an update that covers the changes from 2002 to 2003 (up to v10.0) in the reader’s section of the site which is accessable for all owners of the book. I plan a full upgrade for 10.5 and one more for 2004 after that i am not certain what i will do with the book.

But for the moment you should find the book to be very applicable.
