Custom Brushes In Modo

I am new to modo and was wondering if anyone knew if you can import alphas into modo to create cutom brushes like you can in zbrush. If so a brief explination would be appreciated. Thanks.

I’m guessing you are running 301 but this will apply to 201 also.

Select the tool you want (like the airbrush) and under that select the brush type (you want preset brush)

The preset brush part of the properties will have a thumbnail. Click on that and load in your image.

Also you can select image ink as your ink type and use that instead using a smooth brush or a procedural one.
