I’m working on this project where I have modeled/rigged and posed a character in maya and exported it with mdd to modo for shading and rendering. It’s my first project ever in modo. I relly enjoy the program but now I’m a bit stuck.
I have groomed my hair using curves from the modeling tool set not from creating hair guides. I really liked this workflow since it gave me full control. But now of course the curves doesn’t follow the mesh when i apply the mdd file. I did a test with mdd and the normal hair guides and it worked fine. Is there a way to attach the curves to the poly mesh?
