A WW2 german general, a cruel, cold blood, crafty character.
I start from a shpere in zbrush, and retopolgy it in maya. I have used displacement map for the face, and normal map for higher detail.

Maya doesn’t have retopology tool, but there’s a plugin called NEX, it’s a wonderful retopololgy tool.
