Creating "rounded" clouds?

Kind of like this, see the rounded parts at the height of the cloud?

What plugins do you intend on using? It looks like a classic Afterburn job. Not sure where, but I remember seeing a tutorial for exactly that sort of cloud a while ago. Google and you’ll surely find it.
