counting number effect

Hi all

I am wondering, if there is an easy way to make an animation with numbers that count up/down? For instance in stead of just let “100%” fade in, I would like to make it count it up to 100 all the way from 1, and eventually make an easing on it as well.

I appreciate any answer.
