A really beautiful scene. My kind of playground (in my dreams). A wee bit too much out-of-focus blur on the near rooftop perhaps. The interior scene is excellent.

WOW. I can’t believe how photoreal you got it. Quite the awesome work. Almost got fooled by a few frames myself. Would love to see some wires or hear something about your lighting/texturing workflow.

Here’s the little movie to show wires : http://www.cat-a-pult.eu/cote/wire_show.avi
Lighting is pretty standard, done with mix of vray and direct lights, some foliage was made in max for this project exclusively.

Did the couches go into a sculpting app or was it painted bump maps?

very good job!!

You talk about 10-50 minutes for render time but… can we know what’s the hardware you using for?

Thanks

Thanks to everybody! Used 50 quadcore 2.5-3ghz 8gb ram machines for the movie.
