StereoMike spoke with Enki (the developer) on Oct. 10th and:
Spoke with Enki this evening.
The following stuff is official:

Watch Halo|behind the scenes and Loco|Pipeline.
The guys and also the buggy have been captured via loco/pim. don’t know about the rest, I can only make a statement on these items, but it’s likely, that pim is also involved in those.
Of course there’s no release date, but Enki said, some of the projects near completion and then he can put more energy into mainstream pim.
Loco and all the stuff is a mocap tool programmed in pim. So all work that went into the engine for loco also went into pim.
Releasing pim is still planned (yet it takes it’s time as we all noticed).

Now of course it’s only been about a month and a half since that post, so I wouldn’t expect to see anything concrete from the developer in probably… another two years. Although it absolutely looks fantastic, I’m pretty much disgusted with the way he has handled this “release.” But then… that’s just mu opinion.
