constrains compensation

I’m not sure if there is option like this here and how is it called but when adding child and parent to parent/child constrain and activating it it snaps child to parent location.
Is there way to prevent this from happening and when constrain is activated to just keep child at it;s current position and automatically calculate in offset from parent center?

Don’t Click “Active”, just click “Snap” and it will automatically activate constraint and keep offset for that.

how to have pure FK controls on fingers?
Instead of red ball at the tip and rings on knuckles I need to change that to have setup with only 3 yellow bals for full FK control on fingers.
I tried anything I cuold think of, Fk IK switches, selecting redball at the tip of finger and changing IK bend… everything and it is always same.
Any idea?

if you are using the control rig, you can select the Yellow FK Effectors and move the finger parts individually. I guess you are after a way to have this in the Controls window? That would take a bit more hacking around in Mobu - i believe there was a script on the net which did this in 2010 so not tried it in 2013, but i believe it works.
