Consolidate the two FAQ documents

There is one FAQ under the FAQ forum heading, and another under Support. A new user (like me) would not think to click on Support when looking for an FAQ, since there’s an FAQ right above it.

I would suggest combining the information (since they offer different info) into one complete FAQ, and place it prominently at the top of the forum, not waaaay down at the bottom.
