Hey Roberto do we have to use the bg plates or can we shoot our own if we wanted to?
Just curious as I’m a fxwars newbie.
thanks
hey there roberto…
with most of others i am a newbie too in cgsociety + in fxwars…
i almost read all this replies…
but i still have no idea about what will be the next challange about?
or i didnt see it .
so i am a little bit confused about the fxwars challange topic.
some of people said space battle others max vs maya + other 3d aplications…
anyway…
sorry to steal your time …
p.s = by the way if there ll be a new fxwars challnge will thjere be a new topic in forum? thanks for now
Flying car challenge, he said it about 5 posts ago. Motion will begin on challenge when R is avaliable.
I’ll be watching (again). Looks like I’ll get to order my new rig this week and hopefully will have it all put together next week.
Mike
Here are some samples of the background plates I shoot last week for the challenge.
(Of course you can use your own plates…)

hey, very nice plates R. Is tempting, but i think ill watch from the sidelines. Good luck to all.
What flying car? oh man I am so tempted, I have been working on a car model for the past few months, I wanted to use them in previous fxwars, but time can be such a cruel thief.
When I thought the next challenge would be ‘magic wand’ I didn’t check back, but now I am interested, coincidently I just went for an interview in london today and took my camera, I got all kinds of pictures of Canary Warf, (Europe’s tallest skyscraper, last I heard.) I will post them up, not sure I will be able to join though. Would it be ok to put them on this fried R?
