Comic City Tutorial?

Is there any tutorial online or in a book which shows you how to make cities and buildings? I have in mind the appearence of the Sin City movie backdrops. I was wondering how to make the city.

Yeah, I’ve seen that kind of tutorial on 3dtotal.

It covers how to build a city using a Greeble modifier.
