Autodesk can be strict on transfering licenses. I would verify with Autodesk that the license can be transfered and updated. I would never buy used Software without verifing the transfer status with the manufacturer.

i don’t think there will be any problem. I am the second owner of this package, and Autodesk will be notified of the transfer of the software. The serial number is included with the package. I do not remember any difficulty in registering the software.
also note; the software is still available. haven’t heard back from mlmiller in several days.
