This is going to be our image. A Babel Tower going far in the skies… one day two men discover it.

…I’ve worked in the whole idea, giving some detail to it. Roberto is going to start with the modelling phase from this point…

Notice that orange points are people working. We are going to do few models, slaves, enforcers, water boys, boss… all the architecture is in stone, marble, wood and ancient elements (there’s no steel, for example).

The two men in the cloud are naked… one has an spear in his hand.

I love this concept. The sketch alone is beautiful.

I too have been working on babel themed artwork (due to a recent sermon by my pastor), so I instantly recognized the tower as representative of babel’s famous tower.

What I love about this concept is that it really is the ultimate expression of mankinds exploratory nature. Exploring heaven itself.

I hope the details on the models, I don’t know how well detailed you will make them, won’t get lost. Since the people on the tower are so tiny. That would be a pity.
How bout making the two on the cloud a bit different than the people on the tower. Maybe Angles having their first visit to earth. I think this will emphasize the two being strangers to this new amazing world.

It’s very important not to give them angel look. This is too evident and I don’t like it. I prefer moving in a ambiguous therm where you are not sure who they are and, by the way, who discovers who. Maybe that is not heaven… maybe it is. Eventually each one sees what he wants to see.

Angels was just an example to make my idea clear about making the two kinds of people a bit different… you could also make the one blue and the other red :slight_smile: Not belonging in the same world, is what I meant.
