This is gorgeous. I love how you did the background.

#30

Impressive, Guillaume!
I’m happy to have some news about you!
Your style is quite impressive, man… You’ve definitely decided to post I’m glad about it!
It makes me think of Craig Mullins style!
Do you want more?
[Vraiment, Monsieur Bonamy c’est vraiment super bon! Je reconnais bien là le style qui m’avait impressioné de tes maisons en montagne de ton portfolio…]
Sorry everybody for the French part!

One more work, Guillaume! I’m already waiting for it!

beautiful colors use!

hi everybody,

few more informations about the painting:

I’ve done this with a tablet 6x4. The original size resolution is 2090x2690.
I tried to work really rough, forcing myself to keep it loose. Except for the characters who were too small to do it.
The atmosphere in the background was done a the end and covered most of the details unecessary. Same for the dark part.

Story telling was really my goal for this picture. Not only the moment it happends but also what happends before and after.

 Again, thanks to all of you!!!

gbonamy.

#36

heh…do I know how to pick 'em?..I post a comment and then not more than a half hour later it’s promo’d on the front page!

That makes it 4 for 4 on such comments now!
