Climax Action is continually growing and adding new games into production and now has a fantastic opportunity for a talented grad’ or a junior experienced animator for a stunning new PS3 action title. Our state of the art studios over looking Portsmouth Harbour are based in the historic town of Portsmouth on the South Coast of England.
Our ideal candidate will be:
• Strongly conversant in MayaV5.0.
• An exceptionally good character animator.
• Able to supply well-presented examples or a pertinent show reel that demonstrate your knowledge and execution of timing, weight, expression, posing, etc.
• Able to showcase a healthy percentage of your work showing realistic, human-proportioned bipedal animation which demonstrates a good understanding of the human form and its movements.
• Show an ability and understanding in the rigging of and deformation of a character model and it’s geometry
• Willing to put some hard work into quickly expanding your current knowledge base and being a fast learner as necessary.
• A lover of video games.
