Comments/Description:
My first HCM challenge. I was surprised to see how this thing gained momentum and changed direction all by itself. The goal was to recreate the serious and scary look of the original poster. I listened to the soundtrack, creeping myself out while modelling the rough shapes.
The re-release of the movie had a neat tagline: The version you’ve never seen before! It got me thinking…
I think that was the moment when the scene took a left - and turned into this rather funny take on the movie poster.

I want to thank everybody who took their time to look at the WIP thread. Some of the changes I did based on feedback improved the piece a lot. So here’s a big THANK YOU!!

this is my first Hardcore challange and i must say that i’m proud of myself to finish it .
if there was more time i’ll probably spend more time to bring the perfection that i could achive .
i enjoy from the concept that i pick and that was the reason which drive me to finish it .
thanks for anyone who jump to see my topic or comment / criticize me
i hope more people could participate and make the challange more interesting and tough .
hope its ok i put the highrez version of Freddy’s head on the highrez category i really want
people to see it

I never got this piece past a sculpt but I think it turned out alright. I was sad to see some of the people drop out and was looking forward to see them work. Good luck to everyone and hopefully see everyone in the next one!
