Hi, I have a Cintiq 24HD screen that I bought 2 years ago. However, the same problem has been recurring for at least a year already. Whenever the unit is turned on, the screen will display for a brief second before turning completely black.
I have sent the unit to wacom for repairs a few times, but even though it works fine when i receive it, on the very next day, the same problem will occur. This is happening even after wacom replaced the inverter boards. This is extremely frustrating and it really disrupts the progress of my work.
I have seen many similar issues in the Wacom EU forums and in most cases, the unit was replaced, but my warranty is already over and wacom refuses my request for replacement. What should I do?
