Anyway my vote goes to madmax, i think the character is a lot more interesting to look åt with the prostetic arm and clothing. Good luck!
You nose need more work. For likeness it’s the eyes and the nose. For here, her nostrals are assymmetric.

What’s your renderer? For me, there is way too much reflection in her eyes. What’s the size of these eyeballs? can you share eyeballs transparency screen capture?
You still need to match the teardrop on her, jaw line and nose. But over all it better. Congratz
