Hi all.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me how I would be able to “transform” one character into another mid-choreography? I need to be able to change just specific parts (such as arms) and jump inbetween characters (for example, Character 1 is in the scene…his arm begins to change to Character 2’s arm, and quickly jumps back to Character 1’s original arm)…This would end in a complete “transformation” of two characters.

I think most people would create a new pose (relationship) and manipulate the CPs in muscle mode to resemble the other characters arm for example. Copy and paste the other character’s arm into the model window temporarily to use as a guide.
You can of course do this for the other model, so at some point in these poses they start to resemble each other, at which time you simply swap the models round in the choreography if want to completely transform each model into the other.
If it’s going to be a very slow transition, I would also use a ‘dissolve’ cut between two clips, done in any video editing software, to blend the metamorphosis.
