I’m not too skilled in lighting, so I don’t know if I can comment on this, but the HDRI you are using looks a little generic. Since there is so much reflection, it would be nice to see something reflected that was a little more pertinent. Maybe clouds or a cathedral. (Theres a cathedral HDRI floating around somewhere, I know).
For the material itself, I would expect a little more variation in the reflectivity. Highlights should be brighter as the surface curves away from us, due to the fresnel effect. (if I remember correctly)
As far as compostion, I would consider cropping it a little more to the right. The wing is creating a tangent with the left side of the frame, and the way you have it lit makes it seem like the little angel in his hand is the focus. If that is your intention, then you don’t need so much empty space behind the character.
Sorry if that is more feedback than you were asking for, I don’t even know if this is a final composition. Those crits aside, the render looks pretty nice.

Sorry. I was just wondering if anyone saw any potential in this, or if it was just goofing around. I started out looking at this file to change the color of its hair to red, and got cought up in doing something else. Here is a wireframe and some other possible environments follow.

Cinema 4D was used, and I really love this software.

I was thinking about a Christmas tree background too.

I actually wanted the reflection to be of a kitchen, so therefore picked the kitchen hdri that was available. I posted two cathedrals for you. When the reflection is so prominent though, I would rather shoot the image myself. Have to learn to shoot HDRI reflection spheres first though. As for the composition, I have decided after many years in the composition business that I would rather show what I want seen than worry too much about how it fits in the frame. Besides, I can always put text in there to balance it out. I was thinking about using it as a Christmas greeting card, but have something better in mind now. Thanks for being the only one to give me any feedback so far.
