I thought this thread was dead long ago 
I am still pondering wheather to do an animation of these little critters or not… When I have time. Between my job and all those extra litte jobs that always pop up.
And facial deluxe… I was on the front page

I thought I’d have a shot animating one of these little guys and here’s what I came up with in a couple of hours tonight. Hope you like it 
Cool anim Fasty, great sense o’ weight. These characters still rock btw (saw em a while ago).
Really fun pic! The anims are okay…others’ comments have pretty much covered the issues with them. And I agree that it makes a fun desktop image…especially spread across two monitors. Proportions are just right!

… Then I set it as my wallpaper.
Such simplicity with so lively expressions is a rare sight! Don’t do just an animation, do a short movie of these guys fighting each other for that watermelon.
Whatever it is that drives you to do stuff like this, hold on to it

Well, what can I add after 5 pages of good comments.
First reaction was a smile, then the laugh became more and more obvious as I scrolled to the right?
The guy holding the watermelon has such an expression! I love it.
What about a wallpaper where he poses, facing the camera, one foot on the watermelon, proud to have escaped the others? (and maybe add all the others jumping on him behind his back.
Well, I might be asking too much but it would be great! :applause:

I love the run cycle (animation 2) just so full of character, lol, it’s great. I like the way the grubbo with the watermelon wasn’t on my monitor until i scrolled over, quite awesome to see it that way: “why are they messing each other up? …oh, LOL!”

This rocks! It seems very orginal. Love the care free mood it sets. I can see a whole TV series come out of those characters. I think you hit the animation right on the head. Good work.
