Character: Goddess

#1

Ok, I rarely visit CGtalk, and this is my first thread here, but people having seen this warmly suggested me to post.

Besides the background, this is done only with Blender 2.33a.

Few details:
Head and upper chest
Full chest
Full view
Temple detail (with other background)

Cheers,

Stefano

Very nice, I like the set up of this piece a lot. However, the goddes does feel a tad detatched from her surroundings. This may have been your intention, but to get that across have a light source very close to her or something. It would make her be a lot more of a goddess for one thing. Really great, you should post more often.

A most excellent accomplishment, Stefano. A stunning, very original, and professional grade render!

I hope everyone takes the time to view the related image links you included in your post because there are so many fine details here, particularly the Corinthian elements and the jewelry on the main character.

This is a great piece of artwork!

My only suggestion could be to add a little motion blur effect to the goddess’ arms, but maybe it’s far from your intentions.

WOW, very impressive, and the temple is very good. but the illumination of the goddess is too dark…keep it up

#10

this is really good

#11

cool concept with the flying temple. the edge on the roof where the bricks appear is to sharp and regular. the godness seems very stretched. but nice idea

 ooh!! god!!

great work

:scream: BLENDER RULEZ !!! :scream:

#14

Very nice work !
My only crits is about temple’s textures which are too clean for a broken building… But this is my point of view !

Anyway, good job !
