I guess you are speaking about the edge where the eyelashes are. Well… after reading your post I have checked it in my own eye and in some photos I have by my side, and I don´t see they are in a different line. Maybe when the eye is closer it looks like they are.

The head is so much better than before it’s very hard to crit.
But ok… the corners of the mouth, though MUCH better now, could still
be a bit thicker. It’s hard to explain without an image, but the
INSIDE of the lips in the corner I think should move towards the teeth
a bit more - inward and back. Just a millimeter or so. It would be
more noticeable with a half open mouth.
The forehead may be curving back a bit too fast as it rises from the
brows. The hair, your minitutorial there is a good resource, but I’d
try to make the base texture less perfectly straight, and just SLIGHTLY
more wavy, some hairs crossing each other etc. I know this is very
hard to paint, this is why I usually try to use photographic textures
of hair. Also, having more than one texture, say 3 or 4, all slightly
different, is nice. But I love that parting in the hair, especially
from the front view.
The body is excellent, maybe the knees could be a bit more detailed,
and the place where the deltoids attach to the collarbone (acromion
process?) could be more defined. The area between the crease at the
back of the armpit and the top of the deltoid seems to protrude back
too far, making the deltoid look squarish in the sideview. The area
between index and thumb seems too concave on the palm/index side, maybe
push that out more towards the thumb.
Anyway, even if you don’t fix these minor issues it’s a very good
model.

Thanks a lot for your post and crits. They are very detailed. I´ll do my best with them.
For the time being following your advices I have modified the forehead (think it´s better now); chin is as well more rounded (side view in next image together with another try of hair style).
The front view is a try of hair using photografic texture, but the difference with my hand-painted textures is not very noticiable. Shadows are added too. Will keep working on it.

Your model is coming along great. One thing though.I think the blush is a little bit drastic its not as bad as mimi from the drew carey show but then again it could be toned down JUST a little bit.
And I also vote for the brunette.
