I have a rigged car and rigged character. I whould like to animate the character driving a steering wheel and synchronize it with the car movement. Is there any easy way to do it without rotating the character hands manually?
you could use constraint tags to fix the IK hand controls for your character to the steering wheel (you may nee to make a null for each hand as children of the steering wheel)

Difficult to answer without seeing how the car is rigged, but you could probably use xpresso to link the rotation values of the front wheels to the rotation of the steering wheel…
