Hi, I’ve been searching interpolating the frame rate and stuff but can’t find anything. Basically I have a file at something like 56fps, that possibly varies at times but I’m not sure (total pain at exporting the audio which is why I’m asking), but I want to try smooth it to 60fps or 30fps and keep the audio in sync
Any way of doing this?

Ideally retiming requires plugins like Twixtor or Kronos.
But you can do it simply changing the frame rate in
Composition settings.It is better to also check
Layer/Frame blending/pixel motion but if you go for 60fps
this method may introduce strange distortion and/or artifacts.
Thanks, I did try changing in the composition settings but the audio still wasn’t in sync. It wasn’t an ideal solution, but in the end, I found capturing the vlc playback at 30fps worked, as it seemed to work with the weird frame rate of the original video, and fortunately there wasn’t any noticeable quality loss
