lol robertt, wish I would have thought of that

really nice one merrick

ok here’s mine, I totally suck at people so decided I better try this for the practice…

I’ve been gone to long… I still stop by the dsg every couple of days to soak in the inspiration.

I have been trying to incorparate more graphic design elements into some of my painting work - it’s where I feel more comfortable. here is my go at it.
I really got sucked into it about 3 hours altogether

the coolers look really washed out after I compress it for the web… I’ll have to figure that out.

yet again i find myself going for a somewhat cartoony response to a dsg topic (thats two in a row now)

Here Napoleon is posing for a portrait painting. They couldn’t get a horse to stand in that position long enough, so they had to improvise ;D

lol, well i can see I took this topic waaaay to seriously ( which is not like me really) , I think my weird sense of humor was sleeping on this one. Some great sketches in here, great job everyone

sodiaz - that is amazing man!!! very very awesome. It makes me laugh as well so double bonus!

zsutton - yeah its relatively easy to work up quickly cause i use a lot of custom brushes that allow me to lay down textures really quickly. On top of that i’m kinda used to working to super tight deadlines at work.

Really nice responses to the topic folks. Like the George Orwell reference, Robertt!
I actually thought this thread may have got flooded with Napoleon Dynamite illustrations.
