“Rejected areas for hell”
The areas that the designers of hell wanted to implement, but had no more time, money, and hellish stuff left to make.

These are the rules:

[li]You have 55 MN your sketch. IF you go beyond the assigned time limit , you have to post WHATEVER you have done after the time has expired, along with the FINAL drawing.[/li][li]Post only your FINAL piece on this thread, based on the topic on the thread.[/li][li]Only final pieces can be posted on the thread. They must have been done AFTER the topic has been announced.[/li][li]RESOLUTION : The image can have any aspect ratio up to 800 x 600[/li][li]They can be done on any medium.[/li][li]If you wish, you can add a brief text description about your piece.[/li][li]Only original compositions. No “tributes” or plagiarizing, unless is it an integral part of the challenge.[/li][li]You can post an entry at anytime for the topic presented on this thead BEFORE the voting thread for THE WEEK has been posted.[/li][li]The artist also has to post total length of time it took and program used.[/li][li]Any piece caught breaking the rules will be taken off the thread.[/li][li]The topics will be picked at random from the list on the TOPICS thread >>LINK<<[/li](The author will be given credit). So guys keep them coming.

The project was cancelled due to “unexpected costs”, but Hell emplyees speculate that Satan in fact never planned to have the extravagant staff recreation room built in the first place. Some claim that it was all a clever ploy to attract workers to an otherwise unpopular field.

Sources close to Satan confirm that he “can be a bit of a bastard some times”.

edit: oh, forgot. It took about 55 minutes (I tried to make it in to an employee wanted ad, but it didn’t work so well) and I used open canvas 1.1 plus photoshop to adjust levels and add the text.

Painter IX.V , 1h30 > a bit more than limit , sorry I save over my step at 55Min…I hope the scene is understandable cause I could describe the machine used to this arena sport games ( in france : catapulte ).
Of course this project was too ambitious…

I misunderstood this topic a little bit, I tought that the reason for not to build this area of hell could be anything, not only time/money and so on…I guess it doesn’t matter :shrug: Wacom/ photoshop, 55 min.
