These are the rules:

[li]You have NO TIME LIMIT to do your sketch. IF you go beyond the assigned time limit , you have to post WHATEVER you have done after the time has expired, along with the FINAL drawing.[/li][li]Post only your FINAL piece on this thread, based on the topic on the thread.[/li][li]Only final pieces can be posted on the thread. They must have been done AFTER the topic has been announced.[/li][li]RESOLUTION : The image can have any aspect ratio up to 800 x 600[/li][li]They can be done on any medium.[/li][li]If you wish, you can add a brief text description about your piece.[/li][li]Only original compositions. No “tributes” or plagiarizing, unless is it an integral part of the challenge.[/li][li]You can post an entry at anytime for the topic presented on this thead BEFORE the voting thread for THE WEEK has been posted.[/li][li]The artist also has to post total length of time it took and program used.[/li][li]Any piece caught breaking the rules will be taken off the thread.[/li][li]The topics will be picked at random from the list on the TOPICS thread >>LINK<<[/li](The author will be given credit). So guys keep them coming.

wow augustus your painting conveys so much emotion! i am amazed at the level of painting so many people here can do in photoshop. i have much to learn. keep it up everyone!! there is so much inspiration to be found on this forum, i thank you all :slight_smile:

Kaylon - Nice… and to answer your question, something like I have drawn below is in my shadows :slight_smile:

I had a picture I was quite proud of which kinda fitted but since I did not make it specially I decided not to use it, so here is my entry… 1hr20min in Photoshop.

In case your interested here is the image I had already made, it was going to be my submission to contest by WhteWolf but I’m not sure:

Erilaz, I like those lines, nice style. Simple but so effective!
Reaver_ripper, nice one! I like the creepy feel, it could just be… even darker. Full moon isn’t the best for utmost darkness :wink:
Kaylon I just like how you picked the forum’s bacground colour to blen your piece in your post. It really looks like it destroyed the page to get to us.
And Spiritt, :thumbsup: to your idea. I like!

Ok, now my turn:
Photoshop CS+tablet, 1h10. This owns in simplicity my “under the moonlight” sketch. Only 1 colour used to paint.

The dark is the best place for us rogues to stealth in… May-lea of the blades, at your service!
