Corel Painter 70 min

Thought I’d go old-fashioned for this one.

#3

The Good Wife will run for anything you tell her to.
10 minutes.

#4

A good wife is independent :]

EDIT:
I second Brian’s notion to John. It is extremely disrespectful.

#5

here i go then :arteest:

CP + PS, ~40mn(?)

#6

About 32 minutes in photoshop.

#7

about 1 hour photoshop

#8

A quick 15min sketch in painter, tried out some of the water color brushes still need practice lol

#9

Hi, Photoshop. 35 min.

#10

I was getting tired of the similar topic with a personality change so I decided to paint something one would give to a good wife! 25 min in Corel Painter!

John I felt like your comment about your piece is a little disrespectful! I am sure most women would agree!

#11

@ I luvcoffe. What cartoon is that from? I remember the character but not the show. My inspiration was pretty similar.

55mins, pencil and paper, inkscape, GIMP. A little sterile perhaps, just trying to emulate the style with this one.

#12

The Good Wife in her element~ 55 min Corel and ps

#13

hmmm…

copy/paste 0.2sec…

iluvcoffee - wow I love Dexter!

#14

Hahaha daw that was hilarious…

@BertieRooster - I’m pretty sure that is Dexter’s mom from Dexter’s Laboratory. I could be wrong seeing as I haven’t seen that show or character in a long time.

-Edit-

Welcome Krista!

Didn’t really feel this one :frowning: oh well
40mins CP

#15

As long as you love her and she loves you, she is a good wife.
Photoshop 10minutes, (sorry I didn’t pay more of a tribute to you. I love you.)

#16

 A good wife is loving.

15 mn Photoshop/Wacom

#17

Here we are guys. I had a hard time with this. I knew what I wanted to do…but my hand just wouldn’t draw it like I wanted. I’m not really that proud of it. But it’s…alright. I took a darker approach. And since everyone else did it…

“A good wife…looks the other way when she knows her husband is a slime ball.”

~35-40 min. Photoshop. I might go back and re-work it. Cause I like my concept…just didn’t come out right. Haha.

#18

nah Eric, that’s a stupid wife. it’s 2009 you know. women don’t have to pretend anymore

#19

Tis true. It is a stupid wife. But many wives do pretend…which is sad. :frowning:

#20

ah yes, but then again so do many guys. every “freedom” comes with a price which is even more sad.

but that's life i guess. if you press down a boll and then release it, it will always jump up higher then it was when you begun. nature's law. action / reaction

sorry, had a very philosophical day today :lightbulb
