Grrr…
They snatched my cell phone last night… from my squall parka’s outer pocket!
I was with a friend queueing up in the cinema, which was sooo crowded:banghead:.
I only realized it was gone after 3 hours when I returned home and I called my cell phone to hear where I might have droped it, and… this #!/## guy picks up the call…saying he has had it for months…
I blocked the card and such, but there goes my trusty k700i…

On Monday going for a new SIM…
At least the movie was good:):“the brothers Grimm”- a must see…
Sorry, I just needed to vent.

Hey guys :scream: Thanks for all the birthday wishes!! I had a great party- family party yesterday and i’m going out with my friends this weekend. Plenty of great presents, especially a few amazon giftvouchers (you can never have too many!)

So for all Johns, Ians, Gianni(des) etc, happy -belated-Nameday!

My Panny does the same, although the sd still picts write speeds are Sloowww…
(around 7sec!!! or so for a 3Mpx shot, and very grainy as well:sad:)
but as a dvcam it rules:buttrock:. (Its the 3ccd PVDV953)

Its not new, I’ve got it two years now. At the time I was looking for the best prosumer dvcam I could find, and that model was exactly that at a great price(~$1400) for what it offered.
(Zebra-time code-mic levels-colorbar-manual wb and controls etc, even mp4webcam)
The thing is it was hard to find, 'cause everyone was buying them and all the e-shops were on backorders…:smiley:
As for serious work portrait pictures, I still use my analogue Maxxum 9000 with motordrive and zoomlenses, send the film to the lab and get some 40Mpx jpegs in a cd:cool: .
You know, the first digital back came out for that camera some 15years ago, it saved on a tape…
I’m always lusting for DSLRs, and each year new ones get on the “must” list.
I think this year I’ll take the plunge:bounce:
