I just don’t now yet. Usually an idea springs into my head rather quickly but this time nothing. I think I’ll focus on finishing my site rebuild and HMC #18. I really want to finish my #16 and #17 entries as well but I have a hard time going back to unfinished projects.
Is your model based on anyone in particular? She looks familiar but the people I’m thinking of are not likely candidates. Excellent work on the face.

Airflow: Looking good so far! I particularly like the mouth…very good…although if I may make one crit, the top of the nose probably shouldn’t be wider than the bottom? I mean the top near the eyes as opposed to the ‘end’ near the mouth, but I’m looking forward to seeing this progress. Proceed, please.
Why-hat: A steampunk samurai? It sounds as if it’d fit neatly into the new challenge! Get on over there…
As for myself…my latest pic just got 5 stars in the gallery, I’m happy about this- I KNOW the star system is flawed and doesn’t mean anything, etc, etc, but it’s still nice…

Honestly, she looks that way, it was difficult to get right, but if you google aeon flux, you will see the referance pic I used.

WyattHarris, the idea of a steampunk samurai is veeery cool,i would really like to see what you will do with it. There´s some really crazy stuff being cooked up in this challenge.
Airflow,the model doesnt look a lot like charlize to me, but it does look really good nonetheless. It seems like you´re going for a more stylized look and not so realistic, i say it cause of the big eyes mostly… so i dont think it “has” to look like ms theron. And i know its still a wip, but i would like to see it with the hair, the light and the textures refined, i think its going to turned out great.

Hey, thats prettty good, where did you get the referance? or were you crazy enough to buy one and get out a hacksaw?
That’s my original from the 80s, not sure if it still works. And no hacksaw, just 4 screws.
