Whaaaa! Clip! Fantastic work girl, I love it! :bounce::love:
:applause:
Hah, a few months back Roberto asked me to do this spotlight for the FX Wars, been up for 2 months and I didnt even see it haha, what a joke though, Ive taken this way too seriously, which is hard for me to do, now it seems I overdid it
Hereās my picture clip, if you need a better one, Iām sure youāll remember that big thread we once had, the one with the pictures and stuff
Awesome work clippy! Now push it hard! That image is going to look fantastic!
Hereās some low poly work iām doing for practice and folio beefing:

385 polys and 5 128x128 textures. Needs refining. I might add props as well.
Hey, can I add props?
Nice work! K, Iāve added props.
Go Martin! Thanks for the help with the 'tard (me) this morning.
u could make the grass tile twice or sumthin, Martin, dat way i think would get
it closer to the resolution of the textures on the building
.
Thatās not grass. Thatās split-pea soup. The first challenge for our intrepid young adventurer is to cross the split-pea moatā¦but what horrors await inside?
hi guys , i havent been active in the forums for quite some time but i wanted to post a WIP. i am going to make a scene ispired by frank millers comic ā300ā that talks about the battle of thermopyles in 480 b.c .
This is the modell of leonidas the king of sparta that i am making to be the main character in the scene and i will base the modell for his 300 warriors that would be in the back.

pictures in chronological order.
Eeeek, ok hereās a close up of my latest critterā¦

Hey Aggie, how are you doing buddy! Great start and cool helmet.
Heyhey, the Mighty Squib is back too! ![]()
Queenie!!
Martin doing cool polywork despite the split-pea soup
Valentina is makinā devilsā¦
and Theresa is about to incorporate the whole of the CGS into her painting
Hey Derby, I saw that thread. Didnāt know it was you that made the animation. Cool.
Wow! Great picture, Marlon! I  it. Thatās the best one Iāve seen for ages, itās really original and cool!
Congratulations!
Itās my background now, man! You should do more of this type of thing, itās great!
P.S- Derby is our local celebrity, having won the FXwars and all that.
Edit: hereās my entry for yesterdayās DSG- āfirst day on the jobā. Now you get to see just how low my sense of humour actually is:

The caption, in case you canāt read it, is āSheās a dancer, you idiot.ā They didnāt really get the joke over in the DSG though. Is it too subtle? (20 mins)
Ohhh, thatās good . . . evil genious good.
booo . . . hisss (throws tomato)
erilaz: Nice low-poly work man
. It kind of reminds me of some of the maps I played on in UT.
Art2: LOL, me likey. Itās like a sock-puppet with an attitude or something
. Nice colors.
Whatās your screen res. I can e-mail you a proper one
Oh, haha yeah, I like to do different kind of stuff.
bleumoon, thanks buddy, glad you like my sock-puppet!
More sock-puppets to come⦠but erm, first the challengeā¦
It tiles twice perfectly, I like it that way! TWO sockpuppet mastersā¦
Better than one!
P.S- any chance of a step by step?
Whoops sorry forgot to save the steps, I was in a hurry LOL
But hereās the sketch, made in Artrage2.

haha, itās kinda cruel, but funny
Btw celebrity, Iām afraid not, I should finish something first, Iām slacking, and I hate it⦠Now that all my pc problems are over, my monitor died :ā(
Theresa, sometimes I wonder about you. Maybe itās an Irish thing?
(BTW, that pic gets funnier the more I look at it :))
Or maybe itās just the fact that I have an uncanny knack of finding funny things when I google?
Like thisā¦

All I did was google ācatā.
Remember the rules people⦠no Googling allowed
Or this thread will be terminated⦠āHastalavista, babyā againā¦

Haha, that Kangaroo man is hilarious!
Hereās a transvestiteinakangaroosuitposingnudebeforealifedrawingclass
Oh wellā¦no googlies for us I guess. I wish we could somehow have a bonanza resurrection!
But for nowā¦hereās my entry for todayās DSG, topic āthe day of the dragon slayerā. Itās supposed to be 15 minutes, so I did a 15 minute one (on the thread) then spent another 30 mins on itā¦

We should have a āCGSociety Participate in the DSG Dayāā¦where we all HAVE to do the DSG! Itād be fun!
