Here I thought she was this strong warrior woman pirate wreaking havock on the open ocean. And now I find out that sheā€™s just lost at sea . . . what a downer :scream:. Iā€™m not sure how sheā€™s going to get anywhere with her oar-less sail-less raft. And by the looks of how well her message in a bottle is traveling she better sit down because itā€™s going to be a while :D.

Heh, actually I really donā€™t have much to say other than that I didnā€™t get the sense that she was lost. Iā€™m not sure how you bring out that concept, but yeah, props might help.

Ah, but then leave it to The Simpsons to vanquish all hope.

Okay so Iā€™ll post something aswell, not exactly a WIP anymore and I already posted a cropped version in the finished gallery, but I felt like it needed something more, just donā€™t know what.
The one I posted was cropped at knee hight because I felt it was stronger that way, but looking back at it I kinda like the full version better now.
Anywho I feel like there should be something in the background, so I figured maybe I could get some pointers from you guys, or should I leave it like this?

Hereā€™s the blocking start for a makeshift treehouse. Iā€™m just setting out the layout, then iā€™m going to make it look like a 7 year old built it. I havenā€™t done a modelling project for a while:

Rudeone: Love the picture and the color scheme. I think it would be cool if in the background there was like a car smoking in the bkg. Not fully seeable but there. Like she just got done handling her business. :smiley:

RUDEONE: I really like the mist and the girl coming out of it, now put a little velociraptor sneaking up behind herā€¦as she looks like sheā€™s just hearing noises in the mist and is trying to figure out whether or not itā€™s something to be worried about, hehā€¦ you could make it come out of the mist as well, so itā€™d be partly obscured?? Thanks for your crit about mine as well. :smiley:
