can't open ztl file

My zbrush can’t open zlt files. It just says:" Error has been encountered while trying to load a Tool. Loading has been aborted."
Help me guys… :cry:

Are you trying to load a ztool in an older version of ZB that was saved in a newer?

Try using another program like 3DS Max and exporting it to an OBJ, then importing it back into Zbrush via Tool > Import

.ztl is a ZB native file format and can’t be opened in any other software.

post a screen shot of your zbrush interface
that way we can see what version of zbrush your using.
